Women's Basketball Game vs. Montana State

I had the privilege Friday night, November 30, 2007 to sit in the Iowa State President's basketball seats during the women's basketball game against, you would never guess it, Montana State! I received an email from the SALC advisor seeing if any of the SALC members were interested and I, of course, jumped on the opportunity. I could also bring two friends so Becca and Mel came with me. They are freshman, both from Ankeny, Iowa, and I love them!

The women's pep band. Allison and Ann are in the very front left.

The Montana State Bobcats

More Bobcats

I love the pep band!

I was able to catch Ally and Ann on the big screen!

Becca and I. I love this picture because you can see our blue eyes!

Take 1: Mel's hair got in her face and Becca decided to bust out the bunny ears

Take 2: What a cute picture minus Becca. I think Becca wanted to be in the picture.

Becca attempting to take a picture of the President who was sitting behind her. She was WAY too nervous to ask him.

Random picture: Deuces!

This would be Mel and an older gentleman. There were a lot of older people around us. We figure they were important in some way, but we didn't ask. They were all so very nice though, this man in particular. Mel talked with him a lot.

Becca got her picture with the President and the President's wife! The President is in the top left corner and his wife is in the bottom right corner.

I bet none of you could say who this lady is. That would be the mayor of Ames! With the President's wife next to her.

The three of us after the game. We beat the Bobcats pretty badly.

Big smile, take one!

Big smile, take two.

Oh, I love Becca!
